The Job; Delivery Driver
You will be deliverying to cafes around Melbourne for one of the leading wholesale Organic Health Food Companies who's philosphy is "Truth In Nature"

Job Role Office Administrator
The Office Administrator is required to undertake clerical and administrative tasks for the Earthly Indulgence office with the main duties including maintaining and monitoring customer accounts, answering queries, and attending to the systems and processes which support the overall business.
Duties
-
Knowledge of Xero accounting system and Ordermentum online ordering platform required.

Perform daily bank account, credit card and Paypal reconciliations.

Receive and record customer orders via phone, text, email and Ordermentum.

Prepare customer invoices as required.
-
Monitor cash flow.
-
Review and follow up outstanding accounts including liaison with Earthly Indulgence Directors and Delivery Drivers to assist with debt collection as appropriate.

Enter supplier and services (creditor) invoices into Xero.

Attend to the timely payment of accounts payable ensuring that payments comply with supplier terms and due dates.

Prepare purchase orders and liaise with Directors for approval before submitting to suppliers.

Arrange delivery or pick up of stock ordered as required.

Follow up outstanding purchase orders with suppliers.

Record and follow up any pricing discrepancies from suppliers or customers.

Input new stock received into Xero to ensure stock levels are current.

Attend to new customer enquiries, undertake background check for new customers and liaise with Directors as appropriate to facilitate new customer set up process.

Setup and maintain individual customer pricing structure.

Attend to walk in customers.

Liaise with customers and Delivery Drivers regarding timing of deliveries.

Check and action mail as appropriate.

Check and liaise with Directors regarding annual business and motor vehicle insurance.

Liaise with office and facilities cleaner.

Attend to and action incoming phone calls and emails as necessary.

Additional tasks as requested from time to time.
Job Role ;Warehouse Assistant
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving incoming stock and preparing outgoing stock for delivery or shipping. The role is also required to load and unload stock using warehouse lift equipment, organise, track and store stock, as well as keep all warehouse areas clean and tidy.
Duties

Liaise with and assist supplier delivery Drivers as required.

Check that incoming stock matches delivery dockets, invoices and purchase orders, as applicable.

Unpack stock and store in appropriate locations.
-
Ensure Best Before (BB4) dates are monitored and stock rotated as appropriate.
-
Record and follow up any stock discrepancies, shortages or breakages.

Liaise with Office Administrator to ensure “in stock” and “out of stock” items are updated in Ordermentum.

Prepare and record stock counts to determine stock purchase requirements for authorisation by Directors.

Pick stock from shelves as per invoices in accordance with the delivery schedule.

Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse.

Ensure bins are collected and emptied in accordance with the contract.

Use company forklift to move stock as required.
